Between "X" and "Y"

Between Generation X (smug former hippies) and Generation Y (currently smug hipsters) lies my generation. Born in 1979 and gliding into middle age with one embarrassing scenario after another. Between X and Y also suggests that in the places you least expect it, like two bum letters at the end of the alphabet where no one dares to go, you may just find a valuable little nugget of enlightenment.
